Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use Flying Roadster AI Car, why we use it, how long we keep it, and how to contact us. We do not require an account.

1. Who we are

Flying Roadster AI Car is an independent online service and is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For privacy questions or requests, email support@flyingroadsterai.net or use our contact page.

2. What we collect

• Your photo. The car photo you upload, plus basic technical data needed to validate it.
• Your email. Collected by Stripe Checkout so we can deliver the video and answer order questions.
• Order and payment data. Order ID, template, resolution, amount, currency, payment status and delivery status. We do not receive or store your full card number; Stripe handles card data.
• Delivery data. When the private link is accessed, we may record limited technical data needed to operate and secure the download.
• Support messages. What you send us when you ask for help.
• Technical logs. IP address, browser and request data used for security, fraud prevention and debugging.

3. Why we use it

• To create and deliver the video you order (performance of a contract).
• To process payment, refunds and chargeback evidence.
• To answer support and privacy requests.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations (legitimate interests and legal obligations).

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your photo to train our own models. We do not send marketing emails.

4. Who we share it with

We share only what is needed for the service: Stripe for payment processing; our email delivery provider for the private link; our hosting and storage provider (Cloudflare) for the site and private files; and the third-party AI generation service used to create your video. These providers process data on our instructions or as independent controllers for their own compliance. Some may process data outside your country; where required, we use appropriate safeguards.

We may also disclose data if required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not disclose your photo or video publicly.

5. How long we keep it

• Unpaid uploads expire after 24 hours.
• Paid orders that are never completed are closed after 30 days for refund reconciliation.
• Completed videos and their source photos expire three days after completion.
• Order, payment and tax records may be kept longer where required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention or legal claims.
• Support messages and security logs are kept only as long as needed for those purposes.

Expired files become unavailable immediately and are removed by the next scheduled cleanup run.

6. Security

Photos and videos are held in private storage. We use access controls, encrypted connections and limited administrative access. No online service is completely secure; if you believe your data has been compromised, contact us.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, to receive a copy, or to withdraw consent. Email support@flyingroadsterai.net with enough detail for us to find your order. We may need to verify your request. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. If you are in Hong Kong, you may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data.

Deleting your data may mean we cannot complete or support an order that is still in progress.

8. Children

The service is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to order, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Cookies and payment pages

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site. Stripe Checkout may set cookies or similar technologies on its own payment pages; Stripe's privacy policy applies to that processing.

10. Changes and contact
