Flying Roadster AI Car

Terms of service

Last updated: October 18, 2026

These terms apply to the Flying Roadster AI Car website and to every video ordered through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our AI Content Policy and our Refund policy.

1. Who we are

Flying Roadster AI Car is an independent online service. You can contact us at support@flyingroadsterai.net or through our contact page. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Tesla, Inc.

2. What you are buying

You buy one AI-generated video made from one photo of a car. You choose one of the available templates: The ramp (10 seconds), The high air (5 seconds) or The truck pass (5 seconds). The length is fixed by the template. Videos are delivered in 720p. You choose 9:16 or 16:9. The video is delivered as an MP4 with AI-generated engine and thruster sound effects. It contains no music and no voices. One order produces one video.

The video is fictional, AI-generated entertainment. It is not footage of a real vehicle test, is not a Tesla product, and does not represent the capabilities of any real vehicle.

3. Price and payment

The price is $6.90 USD for a 5-second video or $13.90 USD for a 10-second video, paid once per video. 720p and 9:16 or 16:9 are included at the same price. There is no subscription, no credit pack and no recurring charge. Payment is processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD. Where we are required to collect tax, it is shown before you pay; otherwise you are responsible for any tax that applies to your purchase. You must be at least 18 years old to order.

4. Delivery

You enter your delivery email at checkout. When the video is ready we email a private link to that address. Delivery usually takes 10–30 minutes, but it can take longer if the generation queue is busy. The private link works for 3 days. There is no customer account. You are responsible for keeping the link private; anyone with it can download the video.

5. Failed renders and refunds

We may make up to three attempts in total. Three explicit content rejections lead to a full refund. Three technical failures, mixed outcomes and uncertain results are reviewed manually; a technical error alone does not mean you violated our terms. We also refund if we cannot deliver a playable video for another reason. Refunds are issued through Stripe; we aim to issue them within 2 business days, and your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to post the credit. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have.

A delivered video is not refundable merely because you changed your mind or because the AI result differs from the source photo. Check the wheels, body shape and motion after delivery and before you post. The full rules are in our Refund policy.

To ask about a refund, email support@flyingroadsterai.net with the order email and order ID.

6. Your photo and permissions

You must own or have all rights needed to upload the image and authorize its use to create and deliver the video. This includes rights in the photo, any depicted characters or recognizable people, their likeness, and any protected artwork or marks in the image. If someone else appears, obtain any permission required from that person or their rights holder before uploading. Do not submit a public figure's likeness without authorization. Checking the confirmation box does not give you rights you do not already have.

You give us permission to store and process the photo only to create and deliver your video, and to share it with the generation provider used for that order. We do not use your photo for anything else. Photos and finished videos are deleted from active storage three days after completion, as described in our Privacy policy.

You are responsible for your input and for how you use the video. See our AI Content Policy for content limits and reporting.

7. Prohibited uses

You may not use the service or the video to:

8. AI output and labelling

The video is generated by AI and results vary. We do not guarantee that your car's paint, wheels, badges, proportions or details will match the source photo exactly. The video is fiction and does not represent real vehicle capabilities.

When you post the video, label it as AI-generated and use any AI-disclosure setting the platform provides (for example TikTok, Instagram or YouTube). Do not present it as real footage.

9. Intellectual property

The site, its name, its design, its templates and its prompts belong to us. When we deliver a video, you own that delivered video, subject to these terms and any third-party rights. We do not grant you any rights to Tesla's name, logos, footage or other marks.

10. Liability and governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of Hong Kong. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. The version on this page applies from its effective date. Questions: support@flyingroadsterai.net or our contact page.
